Property MLS |
Property MLS is the total listing service that includes home for sale
or exchange: single homes, lots, residential buildings and
condominiums, commercial income property, industrial property, and
auction property. In cooperation with a certified real estate agent or
broker one is allowed to get access to the fullest data base of
property assets. Property MLS offers are assigned a special code that
helps to identify under what conditions the property item is promoted:
exclusive right to sell, exclusive right to sell with some exclusions,
exclusive right to sell with variable commission, or with dual
commission, also, sale at auction, and exclusive right to rent.
A note for a property owner: in accordance with the majority of MLS
terms and conditions, it's the property owner's right and even
obligation to check out the real estate agent's license or any other
document that is equivalent to the broker license in this region.
The good news is that property lease, sale or purchase offers are
updates frequently, for example, every two hours. In addition, some
paid MLS listings services are regularly integrated into the free MLS
listings. However, free MLS listings could bear a little bit
different meaning, for example, free MLS listings could stand for the
single payment to advertise your property on a number of resources: AOL
Real Estate, Digital City, iWon Real Estate, and many other the
so-called affiliates and daughter web sites of the only tremendously
large brokerage agency. So, make difference between nominally
free and really free regional MLS listings.
