When do "free weekends" start/end? Free Weekends are from 12:01AM - Saturday Morning to 11:59PM - Sunday Night. 5. How do you pay for parking? Why do permit applications require all information to match? To ensure customer information and our records are correct. 4. Why do permit applications require a copy of vehicle registration(s)? Vehicle registrations are required to verify that the vehicle information matches with the information on the application. 5. What is the procedure for changing the license plate on a permit? You are required to hand in your old permit, along with a copy of the registration for the new plate. A temporary permit will be sent to you and it should be placed in your windshield until your new permit arrives. 6. Are taxes included in the parking fees? The initial information is recorded so our staff can look up, pull the history of the parking ticket and respond to your inquiry with the appropriate information. 4.
